Not necessary, if unit is too windy, it will cause a disturbance in qi stability and storage of qi, while river equal to wealth that will greatly be emphasized on the intersection of activation with combination of Ling Zheng Spirit factors, which means where is suitable or not suitable to see water in term of fengshui.

But do bear in mind, a well pubilicized master may not be a good master. Infact many masters are more to image selling, marketing training courses rather than having on field actual cases experience.

Personally, we had met both class of masters, image masters evade questions when come to question on real cases, while experienced handons masters can answer their findings pertaining to your question thru observation from experience.
