Staircase

While we have encountered cases regarding staircases to be built in the house, and at the same time, there are clients who asked us on these concerning issues regarding type of staircase to be used.

Answer :

First and foremost, for private houses houses, qi is moved by calculation of 5 elements, there we need to understand the producing and controlling cycle relationship of elements between elements.

Secondly, the yin and yang type of staircase, whether you are building a spiral staircase, a conventional staircase, or a floating staircase. The different holds in the designs, you need to know all the differences between yin and yang theories.

For Spiral Staircase (pic 1)  is from yin ascending to yang, therefore paranormal could easily access to the 2nd level which I personally pyhsically experienced hearing boots sound ascending to 2nd floor of the bungalow chalet when I was 14 years old happened at Changi SAF Bungalow, Netheravon Rd Changi.

For  Conventional Staircase (pic 2), its a square design design, therefore for paranormal issues, this type are considered as yang descending to yin, which made paranormal more difficult to access up, but rather descending easier. Normally, should there be paranormal hauntings in this building, the spirit will residue at corners of these staircase.

As for Floating Staircase (pic 3), more to form instability of qi flow, where interior design comes in. which means that even with a good or bad fengshui at the maindoor, the qi will be harder to travel up to the 2nd floor.

There are many factors needed to be considered when you are building your own house, which architects and interior design unwelcomed metaphysics factoring, causing hinderances to their design work and workflow. But at the end of the day, which do you prefer, good modern design or effective fengshui design???
